As the title states im looking for a set of wheels that are 18" and at least 8" wide to max of 9.5" wide, low offset, and at least a 2.5" lip.

Lookin for Work, SSR, HREs, etc. Doesnt have to be high end wheels but im interested in the above specs, and usually only high end wheels carry those custom sizes.
