I have a 95 civic ex coupe and i also have a 99 civic ex that is totaled that i bought for 100 bucks just for the front end. what do i have to do to convert the front end of the 95 to fit the 99 front end? i've heard different things like cutting and welding fenders and such any input would be awesome thanks
