98 head light adjustment

Like the title says, How do I adjust them?

well you have to take the bumper off, there's 5 bolts, 9mm or 10mm per head light, I forgot, losen them a little, on top of the health there's a little level inside adjust them to the right spot with the level tighten bolts, but back together, done.

After reading this for 10 min I think I see what your saying.

Although the link that was posted has instruction in it and I don't see any where about removing the bumper

Unless his headlight assembly is actually crooked, he does not need to remove the bumper or loosen up the assembly.

I linked Honda's directions for headlight adjustment above.

I know. And I linked to a thread that shows how to fix that.

The other guy posted how to fix the headlight if it's crooked on the car. He's talking about the big plastic piece with the lens and all.

He's not talking about aiming the bulb. You are talking about aiming the bulb.

Just do what it says to do in the link and you can fix your problem.
