Default Looking for smart ideas

Hey, I've already researched this a bunch and I'm really having trouble figuring out the issue so I'm looking to the advanced guys for help that some of you have run into this before. I just bought a 98 accord f23 non vtec, now it's just a winter car so before
I throw a few distributers and a bunch of money into it, I would like to solve my problem. The car runs like a champ but at a warm idle it misfires on all cylinders. If you rev it past 1000 the problem seems to disapeer, car runs great drives fine. At a cold idle it won't misfire till about 800rpm or less. I read the code and it was p1381/p1382 pyc sensor intermitant interuption/no signal. Any ideas as to what could cause this?
