My car will start cold every time but after anywhere between 5 and 30 mins passes it dies and will not restart again until it is cold. I have checked everything from CEL's (are none even with the comp hooked up), cam sensor is good, ignition control module is good, dizzy cap, rotor, plugs, wires all good, fuel filter and pump both good. Someone keeps saying the dizzy itself is bad but I don't buy it. ANyone else ever have this problem or have any suggestions before I take it to the dealership and get raped for all my money or throw a dizzy in there needlessly? Thanks for your help.

 

Main relay?

 

Any particular behavior when it dies or it just shuts down? Does it try to crank but won't turn over? Possibly ignition switch or maybe a bad ECU, dunno.

 

It was the igniter!!!!!
