CRX D1.5 DX turbo?
mpfi conversion.google it.homemade turbo kit.google it.sounds like you have a long way to go.i would think your better off having a shop do it.if you want more info,i will give you some links.pm me.
if you want to run low boost then just go to a junkyard find a crx with mpfi engine and interior harness if not go on ebay(as i did) then just find a crxsi motor d16a6 if i am correct the harness should match right up to the other one inside the car ull need to buy a complete si motor with intake manifold and everything.. then match the wires up to the interior part of the harness.. then everything should be plug and play.. if you want to go turbo vtec then just get a d16z6 head with head gasket set and timing belt.. replace engine parts with low compression pistons rods bearings etc..take it to a machine shop they will do it once you have it apart.. then go on craigslist and look for a sohc vtec turbo kit 500-700. and simply bolt on...

to the OP, first thing you need to do is convert to mpfi if you want to keep your d15, set a budget and goal and see if thats attainable, read up on turbod16.com, and go from there....
should you decide to boost your d15 do a compression and leak down test before you procede to dump money into a motor that you dont know is healthy or not.
good luck.
wow too much info, and no its easier for him to mod his current harness for mpfi.

dpfi is not as bad as everyone thinks. You should boost it as it is. Get an hf manifold and make an adapter for the turbo. Get the turbo from a saab, and if you are in a budget, go to a muffler shop for the piping. Its not bling but it works the same. I did it like dat cuz i wantd my car low key. All the piping inside, the intercooler on the side of the bumper...
i turbo'd a 1.5 dx motor back in 2000-2001
http://www.homemadeturbo.com/turbo_projects/dan_88_dx/
ran 5psi on a tiny turbo, didnt know anything much about turbos on hondas (neither did anyone else really)
for fuel i had an adjustable fpr that i dont think was installed correct and didnt work at all.
gained half a second on my 1/4 mile, never blew the engine, but rather upgraded to a dohc zc in about 2001-2002

Just stop talking!
You were so far off base on your first reply you clearly have no idea wtf you're talking about. You're just spitting out **** you hear other ricers talk about....
OP:
You can turbo a d15 just fine, companies are making aftermarket rods for them now too. Sure, more displacement=more power generally, but some people's engines are well taken care of and they would rather stick with it than get some mystery motor from a junkyard, here or japan.
It's been said, your best bet is for an mpfi swap. do that asap. drive around on the mpfi swap for a while, make sure theres no issues and its wired preoperly, you'll love the hp gain it gives on its own. the whole time you can be piecing together a tubro kit that you're happy with.
looks like you my friend need to take a trip to the forced induction forum. and so do a couple of the other postes here. i'm not calling people out but damn, there is some misinformation here.
a half second gain, lol. i remember those days. noone ever heard of boosting a honda. when it was running 15's that was fast. i had the "fatty pipe" (monza) on my 94 dx and a mr. gasket intake and thought it was the fastest thing around. lol.. sorry, didn't mean to thread jack.
