Default No turn signal, clock light, cel or seatbelt light on cluster?

the other day i was turning in traffic hit my signal and nothing happened. so i fiddled with the signal up and down and nothing happened. i checked all the fuses and none were popped. i hit the hazard button and heard a pop(was the one in engine bay) was hazard fuse but i replaced it and the lights still dont work?

about 30min later when i got home i realized the clock haddnt worked (its usually dim because theres no memory wire so it resets every time). turned the car off then back on saw the srs and brake light in the cluster were the only ones on and the gas gauge was the only one of the 4 that were working (0rpm/0mph/ temp gauge all the way down).

anyone have this happen to them or know whats behind this?

If you are 100% certain all the fuses are okay, I would double-check that all the grounds are properly bolted to the car. Before this started happening, were you working on your car at all?

i had worked on something in the dash about 2months ago the dimmer **** thing had come unplugged from taking out my ghetto foglight switch but nothing has happened since then. no fuses are popped, and all grounds have been checked and double checked. if i have a spare cluster and the left stick thats on the steering wheel with lights/indicator display should i bother checking if other ones work to see which one has the problem or just go right to testing wires?
