Garrett turbocharger turbo kit
This looks like a pretty good deal. The only other thing that would be needed to make this work is an exhaust manifold and the air charge piping. I would rather get this turbo kit than pay $4,000+ for some turbo kit that still wouldn't have everything that I need.

I thought that for performance an internal wastegate is the way to go. From what I've heard external wastegates are less reliable and will lift at varying pressures because of their location on the exhaust manifold, and the oscillating pressure at that point due to the exhaust leaving a certain cylinder port, then the exhuast leaving the next cylinder port. Because of this the theoretical best place to have the wastegate would be right where the turbine is. But since that is impossible without variable pitch turbine blades, putting the wastegate right next to the turbine is the best way to go.
