Modifiers anyone?
So I was in target this weekend picking up a few things and like I usually do I make my way to the toy section to look around a little bit (I'm a big kid
). I was looking at the Hot Wheels to see if there were any new cars and right next to them were several of those new Modifiers toy cars.
I bought a CW ITR and took it home and played with it for a while. Kind of cool, has a body kit, SParco seats, Apexi N1 exhaust, AEM intake Volk racing wheels and most importantly a bunch of stickers
. You have to take it apart to put all of the aftermarket stuff on.
It was fun for an hour or so, now it's a new addition to my model and toy car shelf.
Anyone else got one of these yet?

10 bucks. They have PY and CW ITRs (they were out of yellow when I was there though), 1999 Civic Si's and 1999 Eclipse GSXs.
They're about twice the size of a Hot Wheels car.

I bought the yellow "R" w/ a sunroof!!
The one i got was a pain in the ***, the screwdriver they gave me didnt fit the screws. The side skirts didnt fit right so i superglued it on, same w/ the sparco seats. I also painted the rims flat black.
After all the cursing, and thoughts of returning it to the store, it took me about an hr and I'd have to admit that i was pretty proud of myself.
The quality is pretty nice, the scale is 1/48. Chek them out here http://www.modifierscars.com/
