Default Civic street cam & cam gear? Help!

My current status is :
B&M FPR
LSD Motorsports stg.3 clutch kit (6 puck w/sprung)
eBay 4-2-1 header
K&N panel filter
walbro 255 l/h fuel pump
Felpro head gasket
ARP head studs

I'm going in JRSC direction, but not for sure.

Now, I would like to upgrade from my stock camshaft to something that would give me little more power.

I would like to keep my stock head internals, so, keeping that in mind, what camshaft and cam gear would you recommend me, for my everyday use car?
I don't want anything that would push my head internals to their limits, please keep that in mind. Any suggestions are wellcome. Thank you.

P.S. I have a 1990 D16Z2 (same as D16A6) engine.

Also, is the cam gear a "must do", or could I go without it, can anyone explain to me in few words what is his role?

I've looked around a bit, and found out that a stage 2 would be something that I could run with a stock head. (some say to put new stock valve springs inside).
Is that a "must do" or not? Is anyone of you running a stage 2 on a A6??

Is this any good?

Our Exospeed Stage2/SR909 is good for mild naturally aspirated street setups and can be used with forced induction setups if you plan to go with the SC. NO need to upgrade the valvetrain if you dont plan to take it up past the stock RPM limits. But we do recommend upgrading the valvetrain if you want to take it up to 8K RPM.

I have Bisimoto products in my A6 and I'm completely satisfied. I've heard Exospeed has great stuff also, either way, you can't lose!
