None of those turbo's are even in your price range, did you even do ANY research? And i believe the first two will struggle to make 600whp...
Honestly just step up and get a GT35R or a BW S362, the turbo is the heart of the system, save up and do it right!

You may want to look at the SC61 for the $ your trying to spend

T3/T67ho and call it a day..... its in that price range and will make more than you are looking for just in case you decide you want more power down the road.
I would also consider a non BB GT35/SC61.

EDIT: nevermind it looks like the OP tucked tail and ran deleting his original post, well just to clue everyone in he wanted to spend no more than $800, and was considering a GT377, S256 and a billet Preciscion 6262 :s
