Default Where to go for shocks?

I currently have off the shelf Koni SAs in the front of my GS-R. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on who to contact to get a pair of Koni Double Adjustables for the front. I would like them to be revalved before I receive them. Any advice? Thanks in advance!

I talked to Truechoice today... These guys are awesome. Very helpful and knowledgable (or at least more so then me). Needless to say, looks like the stock springs and shocks are going back on tonight (if I can get my hands on a spring compressor) and gonna be that way for a few weeks. Complete rebuild and revalve of my single adjustables is in the works!!! Weighed this out versus the cost of double adjustable conversion seemed like the way to go for this year. Just thought I'd share in case anyone cares...

Autocrossing on my stock shocks, springs and street tires should be insteresting over the next couple weeks. Should be a good learning experience. hope the shocks get back before Topeka

not to scare ya, but those guys tend to be pretty slow. I have no personal experience with them since Koni did my revalves, but I've heard things.

I would stay on top of them. If they haven't shipped to you one week prior to your departure date for Nats, I'd call them and ask them to ship them to the hotel you will be staying at in Topeka. When you get there, look me up (shouldn't be hard if you just ask where the margarita machine is) and we'll get them put in.

If they fail to show up in time, I'm sure we can work something out in the way of a codrive in my car, splitting the rubber of course

Hey, Thanks for the offer Mike! I'm hoping it won't come to that. The guy I talked to was very helpful and understands the situation. He's also a friend of a friend of mine (and his roomate's cousin's dog). I also had him as an instructor last year at an autocross school (pretty cool guy). My point (I'm not sure I ever have one...) is I think I should be ok...

splitting the rubber? sounds like a bum deal... I know how your car eats tires!

Thanks again Mike, and I'll have to visit you by the margarita machine either way! Nothin' like a little pre competition trash talkin' over drinks! (maybe I can steal some secrets!).

Another slightly different questions... is it a bad idea to leave the spring/shock assembly together if its not installed on a car? or should I decompress the spring and remove it if I'm not using that setup?
