Default BAR help

hey guys i'm a little confused if i would pass state ref. i have a 1989 civic hb dx converted to obd1 using a obd1 pr4 ecu. so i have a 1990 b18a1(obd0) w/ a 0bd1 b18b1 intake manifold. do you think i could pass ref with the a1 like this?

no you will not pass. you need to be running an obd0 PR4 ecu. and you need to run an obdo intake manifold. remember you cannot use parts from a newer integra on an older motor as far as the ref is concerned. just get the right manifold and ecu, dizzy etc. or swap in a b18b motor and your set. remember this is just while you ref, after you ref you can swap your parts back on.

Depends on your ref. Some are very very strict some are not.
