Default Rear Drum To Disc Conversion Question

I just posted in the want to buy section. I'm pretty sure the guy who pmed me is selling me everything i need. He is going to sell me the rear trailing arms, e-brake cables, and calipers. I plan on getting my own rotors and pads although he'll throw in stock ones for $20 more. I'm pretty sure that is all I need. Am I right on that assumption? This is all off a 1994 accord ex so the control arms should be the same.

I double checked if i actually needed his trailing arms too since they should be the same as mine according to the diy in the FAQ's. I also asked if he is sending the knuckle.

Apparently it seems as if he is selling you all you need. If you don't mind telling, what kind of price are you paying for all of the pieces? I bought mine and it was rear discs from an Acura CL coupe, the first generation. I paid $180 for all of the parts including practically new rotors and pads.

He wants 170 for everything and an extra 20 for rotors and pads. about 250 with shipping. He told me it was off a 94 accord but i took a look at his FS thread http://hondamarketplace.com/showthread.php?t=2296209
There is nothing there off an accord. It says civic rear disc conversion and integra knuckle...i've heard ppl use integra parts b4 but i'm not expert on this subject.

Make sure that these are indeed off an Accord.
The Integra is Acura's version of the Civic; and although a fine car in it's own right, they will not fit an Accord.
If you don't mind staying with the 4 Lug wheels you can go with the Rear brake set up off a 94-97 Accord EX ABS.
Although the MC isn't required, the hardware will be correct and a direct bolt up.

P_Adams, if you don't mind, what do you mean by the MC? Master Cylinder?
Also, can i have the link for the future conflicted? Is he always going to have them around or will he not have it at that price later?

Sorry to sound ignorant but where would I have to deal with the MC in this install? I'll be honest, I still have to learn plenty about brakes. Also, I've read on accordinglydone about proportional valves. I know they're supposed to "lessen" braking power to the rear hence the name proportional, but can i use the ones from my drum setup? or do i need the ones for disc? I'm guessing they have different pressures due to different brake setups so I'm guessing I would need prop valves from an integra w/rear disc and w/o abs. Apparently the 94-97 accord ex's had their prop valves in conjunction with the ABS which i wouldn't be able to use. Let me know any of this is wrong please.

Also, where are these prop valves?

The way Honda designed the Master Cylinder, it won't be an issue (both the front and rear systems share the same reservoir)

On domestic (Detroit) designs, they've been partial to split reservoir Master Cylinders. Front reservoir for the Front Brakes, Rear reservoir for the Rear Brakes. The system types they controlled determined the size of the reservoir:
Drum/Drum had Small / Small Reservoirs
Disc/Drum had Large / Small Reservoirs
Disc / Disc had Large / Large Reservoirs

With this it's more about Proportioning valves, primarily because of not only the efficiency difference issue but the pressure requirement issues as well.
