I just put in an obd-1 single cam vtec in my bro in laws 2000 civic dx. I am still using the obd-2 dizzy and swapped on the obd-2 intake manifold. I get fuel and spark but it doesn't start. It turns over but it seems the timing is off. TIming on the belt is good. any insights?
