pics of my k20 crx from ITB's 2 Turbo (Updated)
ok so i have an 88 crx hf. now i am going to rplace my front bumper cause i messed it up when i was cutting it for my intercooler. so i was wondering can the 90-91 bumper fit with out me having to modify or having to replace my corners and headlights? also will the 90-91 corner light work on my 88 crx?
are some quick pics of my current project before and after the rebuild with turbo. enjoy

nice build up. the bumper should work but for the corner lights they will with a little work. Because they mount completely different. What color is the car? If the first couple of pics it looks brownish but outside its gray?
its a metalic grey. came out a lil darker than i thought. ok i think i am just going to buy the 88 bumper. but if i changed out the corners i would have to buy 90-91 fenders also?

thats killer, yeah the 90-91 bumpers will work but then the moldings are thinner, so best to stick with the 88-89 ones, the markers will need the clips as stated above...
ok yeah i understand that thecorners need clips. but do i have to change the corners if i get the 90-91 bumper? i just like the way it looks over the 88-89
no you dont, but like i stated the moldings are thinner and the bumper sticks out a bit further, it will bolt up just fine, but due to the moldings being thinner you may want to change the side moldings and rear bumper to match.
i was looking into the newer bumper as well and decided it wasnt worth it to me because i wanted the rest of the car to match.

not a problem, nice build, yeah if you swap to the 90-91 moldings and then the 90-91 rear bumper it should all match, also the 90-91 rear bumper has a slight flare towards the bottom so it does look more "styled", and its much easier to find front lips for the 90-91 style bumper.
Forget about the corners..... How on gods green earth are you going to get traction in a HF with a K20??? and a turbo???????
lol i am probably not going to catch traction. only if i put some big slicks on it lol. it will make for a rediculous street car and a very good race car lol
How much psi are you planning on runing? Or care to give a run down on your engine build? No matter how you look at it, it will be a beast on the highway.
ok well its a stock k20z1 motor, rbc intake manifold, karcepts alternator relocate kit, karcepts throttle body adaptor, base rsx 5 speed with heat treated gears, quaife lsd. Integra disc brakes all around, omni drag rear coilovers, s2000 guage cluster, cage built and installed by full-race, Custom 2.5" hot side and 3" cold side intercooler pipping. Afi side manifold, Garret gt37 dbb p-trim turbo. Sparco bucket seats, Weld racing 13" rims, mt slicks. Custom metallic grey paint. 5 gal. fuel cell, dual bosch 044 fuel pumps. -8 feed line and -6 retur fuel line. Jdm type r lower control arms. Aromotive fpr, aem fuel rail, rc 1600cc injectors, fjo resistor box, Hasport mounts and conversion kit, DSS 3.9 axles with hub assembly. hopping to put down about 500whp on like 18-20 psi on some c16. and then once i put the built k20 in i plan on pushing 700whp on like 30psi
thats a crazy shopping list youve got completed, LOL be sure to post up links when you get them done, looking forward to another crx build!
i am almost done. just need kpro and i want it to look really good so thats why i am wanting to fix up the outside and probably get a lip kit. i found one that looks pretty good so should be ordering it here soon.
