1997 prelude valve cover torque settings

1997 prelude valve cover torque settings

I've taken my valve cover off to replace the gasket, but I cant find what the bolts on the valve cover are supposed to be torqued to, can anyone help me out?

I think it is 7 ft-lbs. Might be 14, but I think it's 7. Somebody else care to chime in?????

the spec is 8.7 ft lbs
