50k on Jdm transmission installed 1k miles ago no grinds,dc sports short throw with mugen ****,and prothane urethane shifter bushings

Clutch:Clutchmasters stage 2 installed at transmission install

Axles:New not rebuilt installed when transmission went in

Engine:D16a6 (stock) runs good

Maint.- This car has been verrry maintained T-belt done 10k ago, Oil changes every 2500 mi with Mobil 1 fully synthetic 10w30, Intake and throttle body cleaned 2k ago,Brake fluid freshly flushed,Coolant flushed once a year (done 2 months ago),Newer radiator and hoses replaced 10k ago,sunroof drains cleaned 2 months ago,Door panels and rear cargo pieces were removed for cleaning and all underneath panels were cleaned

Brakes:Front pads and Rotors done 7k ago,Rear pads around 30% rotors good

Wheels:9.5/10 Black rota slipstreams 15" pro. painted look powder coated, front tires brand new rear have camber wear

Suspension:Struts are Kyb agx 4 way adjustable with springs,Rear trailing arm bushing replaced with energy suspension urethane replacements, Rear lower tie bar, Factory rear sway bar,Full crunk nasty alignment done on a top of the line hunter alignment rack front camber set at 1.1 degrees neg. camber rear camber set at 1.3 degrees, Thanks to front jdmcarboy adjustable upper control arms and rear blox adjustable camber kit

Body: I would have to say 8.5/10 a few misc dings and a small push on LR quarter panel on wheel molding (sister backed into pulling out of garage) nothing major, Absolutely no RUST anywhere, The sunroof works but sags a little on the drivers side due to bad lift up link available at your honda dealer around $30 not hard to install original paint except for drivers fender,hood,frt bumper. Roof,and hatch painted gloss black due to clear coat checking

Interior:9/10 Seats are perfect no rips,carpet is spotless as well,Headliner is perfect,All rear panels are intact and in car,Optima red top rear mounted,factory jack,tools,and spare were removed cleaned and under floor cover cleaned spotless,As for comfort the heat and a/c work perfectly and the climate control is not cracked,overall very clean

ok well thanks for the replys and positive feedback the hood was just slightly dented and cracked front bumper and creased aboce the corner light on the bumper i am the third owner but sorry guys this bia just sold damn that was fast lol
