window track issue
If it keeps coming off the track then most likely you have an issue with the regulator binding or you've broken one of the clips that secure the glass to the regulator. If you know anything about fixing a car or working on one it's a pretty easy fix. Simply remove the door panel and run the window up and down with the switch, looking to see where it's getting stuck or what's broken. It'll be fairly obvious once you remove the door panel.

when u roll the window down repeatedly roll it back up a hair as u roll it down
prevents the window from falling off track..
so go about a 1/4 way down, roll it up a hair, another 1/4 way down.. roll it up a hair.. and cha-ching! window rolls down no problem, and it should go back up easy

If it's getting stuck on the front I'm guessing the track is just dried out then. Do you by chance have any silicone spray? If you do take it and douse down both of the rubber window tracks where the glass slides up and down. Run the window up and down to lube them up. Should fix your problem. Make sure to clean up the leftover silicone spray that will be dripping out of the bottom of the door.
Good question. My 00 si has the same problem on the driver side window. It's fallen off the track at least 4 times so far. I have yet to figure out why. Most of the time it goes up and down perfectly. Then randomly it gets stuck down.....
Just remove the interior panel and tighten up the bolt that holds the front track in place. The bolt is located near the mirror and there is also a bolt at the bottom of the door near where the speaker would be. Tighten those and you should be fine for now.
