Whens fuel cutoff on an H22a?
Just wondering exactly when the redline starts, and when fuel cutoff is on a 98 JDM h22a. Im too scared to take it that high until the fuel cutoff comes on. Also, is the VAFC or stock tach more accurate in reading the rpms?
The Vafc is the most accurate.Stock tach is usually off.
I thought the JDM h22a engines don't have rev limiters.Or is it the OBD1 engines?

what the hell is the point of the tach going that high then? Does the 98 JDM h22a start at 6800 or 7200? Thanks I dont want to hit fuel cutoff with my nitrous.

With my APEXi Rev/Speed meter i hit the rev limiter at 8238 i think is what it got up to.... with out the p13 being chipped!!!
I dunno about the JDM but the USDM I think is 7,300 redline and 7,700 fuel cut. I sure hope the VAFC is inaccurate as the tach. My VAFC shows peaks of over 8,000 RPM while the Dynojet shows only 7,600.
no p13 for me i run a chipped p28 and i'm purchasing a hondata stage2 for it to put the p13 maps in and then tune from there i use the p28 because i run my secondaries open all the time and i never could get my egr to work properly
