I have a 1999 4door civic thats bone stock, and for some reason, the FM radio doesn't work! The AM radio works fine, but there is only static on the FM frequency. The radio is stock, does anyone know what is going on?

And the stock cd player doesn't read, it has power, takes and ejects cd's, but it will not read and play. Is the unit just bad?
