Well first off you'll need trailing arms. You can just swap hubs, but I personally think its easier to just change out the trailing arms. Every 92-00 civic and 94-01 integra trailing arm is the same. The differance is the hub. All rear disc brake are all the same size as well (except type r). Second you'll need e brake cables. Since you have an hx, 99-00 si cables would be the best fit (although I'm told you can use Integra ones). You'll also need disc brake lines, pads and rotors obviously.

i had an HX and did this... i got my whole trailing arms from an integra usually they sell for about 150... just un bolt ur whole trailing arm and follow ur ebrake cables they lead in under ur car by ur arm rest... remove ur arm rest un latch them and ull them through... its basically follow every thing u un bolt and repeat when installing then bleed ur brakes and ur good to go... the brakes will feel alittle softer until u upgrade i forgot the name of it but it goes under ur hood where all the brake lines meet u need to get it from a SI but they will work with out it i rocked mine with out it..

just try to get a complete trailing arm with e brake cables and brake lines so u dont gotta have ur self a headache to mix and match

Also get Si prop valve to get good pressure front and back or else u'r just waisting u'r time with it cuz ex got drums less pressures on rear and more on front, with Si u get all four same amount of pressure.

CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG.

doing this swap is easy, getting the trailing arm setup is alot easier vs. swapping hubs out.
other than the trailing arms, rear brake (disc) hoses, pads, and rotors.

also, if the arms you get have bad bushings i recommend you replace before installing.

there is a DIY thread somewhere, hit up the search forum.

If you're buying the prop valve used its a lot easier to just get one from a CX/DX hatch, same part number as the Si.

For '92 - '95 yes, they are different, but for '96 - '00 CX, DX and Si all share the same part number.

Edit, I know the EX is a different part number, so is the DX/LX sedan.
Here are the part numbers from majestic honda:
CX hatchback 220473 004 1 VALVE ASSY., PROPORTIONING
DX Hatchback 220473 004 1 VALVE ASSY., PROPORTIONING
Si Coupe 220473 004 1 VALVE ASSY., PROPORTIONING
LX Sedan 220226 005 1 VALVE ASSY., PROPORTIONING
EX (non ABS) 220588 004 1 VALVE ASSY., PROPORTIONING
