Default Timing Belt..Just To Be Safe
Today while looking under my hood of my 2000 Accord LX I noticed this little ridge on the belt drive. I don't know if thats the joint or if its a slow ridge starting to appear. Any suggestions? Pic is below.

That is not the timing belt, that is why no one is helping you. It is a normal joint from the manufacturing procedure.

To add on to what Duane said, you're looking at the power steering belt. The one below that one is the AC/Alt belt.
