i have a stock b16a2, has only small bolt on upgrades such as, AEM v2 intake, dc headers, gutted cat, type r exhaust piping, apexi world sport exhaust, ngk irdium spark plugs, obx racing wires, and a running a jdm obd2a SIR ecu... also a electric cutout exhaust eventually

now im looking for some cams.. but dont know which one to get, im not planning on changing my valves or retainers so it has to be compatable with stock valvetrain

and how much will they run about.. and number of horses it adds.. thanks..

 

if you want to put cams in you car i would upgrade the valve springs and retainers to be safe. im pretty sure you only have dual springs on the intake side of the head. or its the other way around but i would get dual springs and retainers for sure.

 

so how much will a whole make over cost me... cams, valves and retainers and possibly cam gears, + labor..

 

CTR or ITR cam's can be had for fairly cheap and wouldn't require you to build your top end.
