K SERIES BUILD EK OR DC2 NEED SOME OPINIONS

I want to start a new project car for 2009 and i have right now a 96 hatchback and a 01 Integra rs not sure which one to build up, what you guys think??

i would build up the DC
always liked K20 DCs and i think they're rarer than K20-Hatches

 

cause i cant decide which one to keep i like both so whatever sells first ill keep, i guess that will make my decision

 

build the dc since its newer and always come out nice! and its a rs

im in san diego so impossible for me to pick up an upland autotrader. but i did check the autotrader.com online and only found 1 rs for sale in usa, but i think the owner made a mistake cause car has sunroof
