Default LS Crank in a B16

Hey Guys,

I am looking to build a B16A2, and my friend offered me a crank from an LS, said it would fit. What kind of connecting rods would I use for that? He said I would need custom rods.

Any Ideas are appreciated.

There was a kit a number of years ago that allowed the use of the LS crank in a b16. I believe it used regular length b16 forged rods but had custom pistons with a raised wrist pin. Do the math and find out how much you need the pin raised and then give any piston company a call and tell them you need a B-series piston with a pin raised that much.
