Whats this mark on my crank Pulley
95 H22A civic crank pulley
Do these two circles have anything to do with TDC ?
It would be nice to find the crank TDC without taking the pulley off.
I have to set my cams at TDC.

there should be an arrow on the inside timming belt cover.
and there should be a small slit on the TOP\MIDDLE of the crank pully.
Its hard to see, ususaly covered up with dirt.
also, it should be in the haynes.

The timing marks are also on the flywheel. there is a rectangular shaped rubber plug on the transmission bellhousing just in front of the distributor. pull the plug out, there is a pointer cast on the engine block. Turn the crankshaft until you see the white T for TDC or the 3 red marks for the timing mark.
Thx for the info guys but I have a new problem
I must have tightened my valve cover nut on too tight.
Now the nut just spins with the stud!
How am I going to get it off so I can get my valve cover off?
