Idle Problems with my 91 Si

Default Idle Problems with my 91 Si

Hi everyone new to the forum was wondering if you guy's can help me out i have a 91 Si I swaped the engine in, cant get it to run right, it idles really ruff and it stinks bad like raw gas, i just recently did a tune up on it and it still runs bad.
any suggestions on what it could be?

If the wires,cap,and rotor are ok. I would check the ECT sensor. It may be biased rich. Unplug the ECT while its running. If you unplug it, the ECU will ignore the ECT input and go to a standard programmed parameter. and if a biased rich ECT is causing the problem, It will run better in standard parameter (limp mode). however, the ECU will store a code 6 or 7 and the check engine light will come on.

Alright man with your idle problems here was my deal.
I bought this prelude from a dude who did an h22 swap.
He told me the vacuum hoses werent hooked up right.
After 3 weeks of idle surging i checked one hose and it was leaking
put a new hose on it an wah lah
check all your hoses feel for air, make sure they are all on correctly and snug
