Default f20c pistons

i was wondering if anyone has any info on the f20c pistons either after market or stock. i believe the s2000 (f20c) also shares the same frm cylinder walls accept it uses a forged piston stock and also shares the same 87mm bore so i was wondering if the compression height is different or possible the wrist pin is different you could modify or do a custom rod and get away from this stupid block sleeving option. thanks for the help

f20c piston specs 87mm bore 84 mm stroke 30mm compression height 23 mm wrist pins
the only problem is s2ks also share the same issue with higher boost on stock internals. weak ringlands and boom no more boost. just do it right once and dont worry about something going wrong

Wouldn't the F22C pistons be more ideal? Sence it used the same bore and stroke as the H22.

neither ones will work
h22 has 1.221 compression height
f2Xc has 1.171 compression height

the piston would sit WAYYY in the hole. you'd have no compression at all.

plus f2X pistons are stupid expensive from the dealer, however htey can hold a TON of power, they are not weak by any means

anyone have a compression calculator, cause i think with the f2xc piston being a higher compression piston with a higher cc dome piston you could use a thinner head gasket or use stock and not have a too crazy low compression. even with the compression height being different.

assuming all things being equal, using the f2xc pistons with its 0.05" shorter pin height, the compression would be 1 point lower. not to mention how an extra 50 thousands piston to head clearance would affect the combustion process. you'd end up with no quench and a low compression detonation machine
