anyone break an axle on a street tire? just wondering if it is common

 

i broke 5 axles in a week......
MAD tranny problems.

 

yes I have broken axles on the track... of the line.(on slicks)
and also during street racing. off theline as well.(on street tires)

all broke cleanly right at the spline.

I've broken one axle. A day after going to the track. Lucy it happened pulling up the drivway.

 

yeah, i caught myself lookin at 2 broken axles afer doing soem excessive burnouts on my B164dr and my B18c5 hatch, i guess i should have realized they were warm enough

 

Broke the axle and the blower ball joint at the mall.

 

ask incognito abour breaking axles. . . he is king

 

i broke a stock axles and stock differential on street tires.....
