Wow, if your wiring is as good as your writing, I'd be worried.
What ECU, what harnesses were being used, what OBD are you running, etc?
Sounds like you've got more than a few problems if your "air fuel controller" and and fuel pump aren't working...

how do you have a turbo and a header (not plural)? i guessing you mean a turbo manifold? granted that's not your problem probably, but i'd obviously double check your wiring. if you're having this many problems with things not powering up then it's more than likely there.
Did you convert the stock harness to OBD1 or just slap the Integra harness on there in the hopes that it worked? Did you use a jumper harness?
Nobody can tell you where to go yet because you really haven't given us quite enough info.

OK, if you don't know what's what, start with a stock CRX Si harness, convert it to OBD1 and put it on.
Looks like somebody sold you a project that became too much of a mess for them. You will probably also run into ECU issues if that ECU isn't chipped.

No, it will not be plug and play. You could make the Integra harness work, but it's going to be infinitely harder than just getting a CRX Si harness and starting from scratch.
That harness was made for a 94-96 Integra. You need to match the harness to the chassis first, then mod it to accept the engine you want to drop in. Hence, you need a CRX Si harness, then you need to convert it to OBD1 to work with the B18B. So keep the Integra harness to farm injector clips, distributor plugs, etc.
This car sounds like it's going to be a wiring nightmare.
