Check the fuses in the engine bay fuse box.
The hazard flasher is more or less direct connected to the battery. Everything else goes a different electrical path trough some fues in the engine bay fuse box.

Check the 80A (No. 41) and 50A (No. 39) Fuse first.

doubt its main realy, ur hazard lights work because it is a direct connection to batery voltage without a relay or switch to supply power to the hazrd button. seems like a wiring problem probably that rat, also could be an ignition switch power if you turn key on and nothing happens. what exactly happens when you turn the key to the on pos?

I have to agree with the above^^^

It is unlikely to be the PGM-FI Main Relay, [main relay] it has no control over things like head lights, cranking to start, it controls power to the fuel pump, fuel injectors, a few engine sensors and one of the switched powers to the ECU/ECM.

So pretty much the same question as above, what works?

You say the only thing that works is the hazard lights, nothing else, no dome light, trunk/hatch light, cigarette lighter, horn, notheing?

If so I am going with the rat and a wiring issue.

Do you have or can you borrow a multimeter or a good test light? 94
