I'm not sure of b-series tranny's but on d-series it's on the passenger side of the tranny.Just jack the car up,take the wheel off.I'm not sure if the fender liner would be in the way or not as my car doesn't have them but there are two plugs there;the higher one is the fill, the lower is the drain. It takes a 3/8 ratchet/pull bar with an extension to get it out.Like I said the info I gave is for d-series but I would think it would be the same.
If you look from your engine bay you should be able to see the tranny fill bolt from directly above the tranny. It'll be right behind the passenger side axle and is a 17mm head bolt. Usually you have to use a wrench to get on it and it's easier to take it off from under the car.
I recommend using Honda MTF fluid which in my opinion is better than just using strait 5w30 motor oil. This is debated to death on here, so you can search it if you want. Anyway, I got a funnel and put a piece of flexiable plastic drip system hose on the end of it so I could get that 90 degree bend into the filler hole. Add fluid until it starts to run out of the hole with the car level. Pop on a new crush washer and tighten that baby down. Don't over do it, the tranny case is aluminum and you can strip the threads easy. The drain bolt is on the passenger side of the tranny on the bottom pointing to the passenger side tire. You have to use a 3/8 ratchet to take it off. The ratchet fits right into the drain plug.
Good luck, let us know if you need more help.
