i got my car runnin yesterday pulls great heres my problem, i'm throwin a code 1 "oxygen content"and code 12"exhaust gas recirculation system"
1. i took out the charcoaL canister?
2.cars idling up and down between 1.2 n 2.0 rpm up n down
3. reminder this is my first turbo system,at idle when i put my hand over the opening of blow off theres a vacuum should there be?

If the car is no tuned dont drive it and that speratic idle could be due to not being tuned and running bad AFR

 

The idle up and down is more than likely a vacuum line issue. Check those out. Vac through the bov at idle perfect.

 

VAC leaks is causing the up and down idle, how do you have the vac lines hooked up on the wg and bov?

 

also check your iacv to make sure you don't have a bad one. That to will cause the idle issues.
