Default Wheels turning when not in gear

Had my car up on jack stands while changing the oil and turned over the engine to check for leaks and was surprised to see the front wheels turning. They were turning quite slowly (and could be stopped whith hand force, though they continued to turn when released).

Normal?

Just noticed it, eh?
There's probably enough contact between the friction disk and the rest of the clutch ....

dont all hondas have that rack and pearing steering?(sp)

that's why we have to have the car on when doing alignments to be accurate.
