Rusty Brakes

I just put on GSR 5 spokes on my 95 civic ex coup that has 4wheel factory disc brakes. do i have worry about them rusting now? i noticed after i washed my car today, that the water on dried on the discs and turned brown. Is this normal? Thanks.

oh kool. So it wont affect the performance on the breaks themselves? also, will there be continous rust on my discs, now that they are exposed?

They were always exposed. You just couldn't see them. They will oxidize if water gets on the brakes after the car is parked and the brake pad has not cleaned the disc.
