Hi! Does anyone here have ever install honda civic 2002 fog lights? I need help to power it? The shop charge me $50 dollars to install it and heard it eazy to do it yourself? Please help me?

I have the two front fog light hook up on the bumper and i hook up the ground too. I need to know do you run the sub harness wire through the firewall? I'm almost done hooking it but need help with wire under the dash. Someone told me i just need to hook up the wire and it but i don't see how?? Please help me save $50 away from the shop.
