Default Sunroof issue

On my 90 Si my sunroof opens by itself but you have to close it manually. Anyone know a way to fix this at home? Thanks

Are you missing the rubber stoppers at the end of the rails mounted to the sunroof?
I took mine off for painting and it wouldn't go back in without them.

I had a similar issue with my 90 Si. Turns out the dash switch wasn't working correctly. Get one from the junk yard for a couple of bucks and try it out or you can disconnect the wires from the switch and if you know what the wires connect to, short them to replicate what the switch does. Good luck.

You can try cleaning the terminals on the switch
