My jdm b16 with buddy club spec 3 cams, race header, intake, and chipped ecu (base map i believe) runs very well from 1st to 3rd, but at about 5500 rpm in 4th the car just doesn't want to go any more, it stutters and stops pulling? Anyone ever had this problem before, is it a tuning issue, fuel, etc?
