yeah i dont do much forum surfing anymore except on the detailing forums.. im taking it to the body shop beginning of next week to get the good or bad news.. i had an adjuster look at it and he said it could go either way because the trunk floor is wrinkled and the frame in the trunk is pinched.. so we'll see.. the pisser is that i bought the car for $37K in 05, and now its barely worth $21K.. so i wont get much if its a total loss..


maybe.. if they're gonna give me enough cash to replace the trunk lid, i will definitely do that

yeah i think it woulda been fine if it wasnt raining man.. heres the shitty part.. the insurance company called me today and said "there might have been a lapse in coverage.. meaning they might not have been insured on the date of the accident.." .. so basically i gotta pay my deductable.. worst case scenario, i will just be without a car for a year or so.. because with all the credit card debt ive racked up, im gonna take the money they give me if its totaled and pay off the rest of the car, and my credit cards and just save for a year or so.. save money, and get off my *** and do some detailing and i should be able to get something nice afterall..

I contemplated going this route. The RL is sexy as hell and its super rare you will find one modded on the road. Too bad it's lacking a V8.

I read that it still performs ok though despite missing two cylinders.

The LS is too "senior" VIP for me and the RL has some sport in it .. IMO

 

not really feelin the lexus cars.. maybe the IS-F but in that price range you wouldnt be able to keep me from signing papers for an m3.. after my accident i was driving through the el monte area and saw a white IS-F lowered on rims.. looked so sick
