Post Missfire, Guess its time for plugs

So Ive got an 93 Lude, H22a dohc vtec swap.

So I let my roomate borrow the car for a while, I get it back and there is oil all over the insideof the hood and engine bay.

Seems as if he put 2 quarts to many in the oil........

So I drained some out, took her for a test drive after beaing on the car for a bit, the car "suddenly" starts to missfire and sounding like a Cammed V8.

So I drive her home , seems as if # 4 cylinder is dead. Let car run, pulled each plug wire till the cars idle speed ddint drop, # 1-3 dropped dramatically, #4 didnt drop a bit, but I def herd the wire sparking.

This tells us that the plug is fouled.

So I pull the pluig and its FULL of oil.....

I just put a new valve cover gasket on it too, hopefully this is due to 2 quarts OVERFILL in oil....

So I assumed by cleaning off the oil, sanding the electrode down a little with 1,000 grit may help, I guess not, the car is still missfiring.

I just want to make sure my conclusion of a fouled plug and the fix is a new one is my answer............

When I buy plugs, I forgot what year make and model plugs to buy for my H22a ?

Always, much thanks for the time spent reading my post and replying back.

Spark plugs would be the same for an H22A1 or any USDM H22.

Right, But if I go to the parts store and ask for plugs for my 1993 Honda Plelude, They are gonna give me single cam plugs.

No, they'll ask you which model, and you'll say VTEC, and they'll give you H22 plugs. '93 came with any of the 3 engines

I'm suprised people still let others drive their honda's. Nobody drives my lude anymore. Not the wife, not the best friend, not the parapolegic momma who has no other way around to the grocerary stores.

I let my buddy brad take it out and ofcourse he tried to do a burn out and blew the clutch plate (the ***). Never again

Id do a compression test. Something tells me your not gonna have compression in that cylinder either.
