i need to find a place where they sell carbon fiber hood~

please name ANY~ performance shop in toronto area please~~

help me out~

i ordered carbon fiber hood and header from vancouver~ and those stupid shipping company LOST my c/f hood~ so now my car is ready but cant be on the road because no hood's there~ and i paid for all these part but they lost it . now who do you think have to pay for the new hood? the shop or me? i am really confused right now~ and i have to get the hood ASAP so just tell me where to get somekind of carbonfiber hood.

the shipping company should compensate you for the stolen hood............yes someone stole it there's no way they can loose a big *** box that a hood would be shipped in.....

as for performance shops that would carry a decent CF hood........i really dont know.......try performance improvments......they might have one but you will pay an arm and a leg for it........

 

yeah i know~ the shipping company is tiger couier ******* gay *** co.

and they said if the value of the hood is not declared they will only pay me $2 lbs~ like WTF~

anyone else know any other performance shop?

 

I have a friend who is selling two Fibre Images CF hoods. He ordered 3, 1 for a second gen and 2 for third gen tegs. He paid $3000 for all three with taxes shipping brokerage etc.

He is asking $1000 CAD for each hood. If you are interested, I can give you his email address. He is in Toronto.

the one i "lost" was vis invader style and i paid 650 for it

can he make any better deal??? so i can at least think about it~ 1000 is too much

 

Why wouldn't you insure a carbon fiber hood??!?!? Don't blame the courier company. All of them (UPS, Purolator etc.) are the same way. Sucks though man...I hear the VIS hoods are nice.

Rev Auto in Scarborough. Talk to Roger. They have very good deals on CF hoods.

Sorry to hear about that shipping mess up.

This reminds me... Canadian Tire sells aftermarket parts. I was flipping through a catalog at the parts counter and their distributor carries VIS.

Why not go to Canadian Tire to buy your Carbon Fiber hood?

If you find out more information about Carbon Fiber hoods at Canadian Tire or from another local vendor please let us know because I'm sure other here in Toronto or Canada for that matter would like to buy a good carbon fiber hood.
