Default About to buy a 95 accord

I just sold my dsm and I'm looking for a dd. I found an accord for sale and wanted to get some advice before I went and bought it. It's a 1995 with 120,000 miles. It's a 5 speed coupe with a little rust around the rear wheels. He's asking about $2500 for it.

1) Do you think this is a decent deal?
2) Is there anything I should look for when buying this car?

Thanks in advance!
-Brian

He (the seller) is right in the range kelly's blue book is publishing for a standard equipped LX coupe with 120,000 miles:

http://www.kbb.com/KBB/UsedCars/PricingReport.aspx?YearId=1995&Mileage=120000&Vehi cleClass=UsedCar&ManufacturerId=18&ModelId=122&Pri ceType=Private+Party&VehicleId=7779&SelectionHisto ry=7779%7c29709%7c02908%7c0%7c0%7c292332%7ctrue%7c 292358%7ctrue%7c292356%7ctrue%7c292354%7ctrue%7c29 2353%7ctrue&Condition=Good&QuizConditions=#survey

It will be less for the DX, more for the EX.
This is for a Accord in reasonably good condition, up to date with maintaince and no hidden faults.

The deal breaker for me would be if the Camshaft Drive Belt (often refered to as the Timing Belt) were due to be replaced shortly. That represents a cost of 600$ to 800$ if you can't do it yourself; almost 1/4 again the selling price. As YeuMaiMai points out after this post, Honda calls for a 90K interval for replacement; But I'm thinking more along the Time Interval (5years @18k/yr (and even that's liberal)).
Anyway, if it hasn't been done recently, I'd either rethink the deal or find another candidate.

P,

the belt was due at 90K on those cars, if it has not been changed, I would walk away

I'm thinking more about the time interval, as opposed to the raw milage.

Timing belt, water pump, and spark plugs were changed 20,000 miles ago. I'll check over all the power components and whatnot. I'm more worried about any typical flaws or things that go out that I may not know about yet. I owned a dsm for the past 4 years and after taking everything apart and rebuilding about every part on the car I learned what to look for. Unfortunately, I'm bored of dsms and want something a little more "average."

Theft point of view? Are you a theft?

What's an immobilizer?

Not for 2500$ he's won't
The '95 with an alarm with a starter interupt will do just fine.
