97-01 wheel bolt patter

what is the bolt pattern and offset for the 97-01 Prelude?? i found a set with good tires for $175 and i want to know if they will bolt up to a 99 Grand Prix... thnx!

btw Grand Prix patter is 5x114.5/115

5th gen lude is 5x114.3

so do you think it will fit?? the above specs for the Grand Prix are is the wheel pattern for an aftermarket wheel that fits the GP
