hey i searched but could not find anything. this dizzy was in a box of stuff in the back of my hatch when i bought it. i dunno if you can tell what it is by the pics or not. it bolts right up to my z6 head, but i dunno if it is a vtec dizy or not or how to tell? i cant make out the "td" #, there are REALLY worn down. anyways thanks for the help. and does anyone know how to tell the difference between vtec-nonvtec without the TD numbers?

It is OBD1 for sure. If it bolts up to your Z6 then it is a Z6 distributor. There is no difference internally in a vtec and non-vtec distributor. Congrats on your find.

 

i heard that z6 dizzys would only find on z6 heads but i wasnt sure if that was true. good deal now i just gotta find a running z6 to make sure it works. resistance in the coil is fine so hopefully its all good.
