remove the valve cover and replace the tube seals, then clean off your plugs and wires. might have installed them wrong

Have your co-worker go forth to yonder Parts Emporium and pick up a few cans of spray Brake Cleaner and a packet of shop towels.
Remove and mark the spark plug wires from the spark plug end only and set them aside.
Best as you can, get as much of the remaining oil out of the spark plug tubes as you can with the spray Brake Cleaner. Use the shop towel as a shield because S**t is going to fly; and you don't need that in yo eye.
Sop up any residual fluid with some paper towels.
One at a time, remove the spark plugs, clean the electrodes, wash with (again) Spray Brake Cleaner and let dry. Reinstall, careful to insert the spark plug directly into it's place of honor. Repeat until all have been so cleaned.
Reinstall wires and start it up.

I suspect you (he) contaminated the plugs electrodes as they were being installed, thus you got no spark, thus no start.

I Hope this helps

P

And yes, as YeuEmMaiMai mentioned, you will need to address those tube seals.

before I did anything at all, I'd double check the firing order, but all previous advice is good as well.

my co-worker said when he took out the spark plug, all the oil in the tube drain into the motor. can anybody show me a picture of the firing order on the accord?

thanks
