Cam?

this had prolly been answered alot but i cant find it in search, so if i put a d15b cam in my d16z6, so can i use the stock d15b cam gear and get it in time and see a performance difference

You mean performance gain? I think they are the same size. Though I heard one of the d series is a little bigger by a tooth or so.
