Default Disassembling B20, down to crank, help!

Ok, so I got everything off, the only thing on the block still is the rear main seal, oil pump, crank, and dipstick tube....pistons are pulled and everything. So my question is how to get the rear main seal and oil pump off, i have them both unbolted and ive tapped on them a little but didn't want to really pound on them for fear of damaging them, so how do you remove those, and is there a way to remove the oil dipstick tube before sending the block off? And btw ive searched for a little over an hour now and cant find what i need.

IF you have all the bolts out then the pump is just stuck on there with rtv, tap it a little more...dipstick tube just pulls out, but its usually a bitch
