Default fit vs ep3

I currently have a '07 Fit 5-speed with black guts, 30,000 miles. Don't get me wrong, I love the car but have always had an affinity with the ep3. I found a great deal on one today, guys asking $10,900, it's an '04 with 34,000 miles and the full HFP package and the cars in great shape. My car payments would be cut for sure. Any insight?

yeah, the power would be nice. Before le fit I had an '06 Si coupe but kinda saw myself as a boy racer in my 30's, plus I have a family, so the Fit made sense. Now I'm just looking to
close-to-eliminate a car payment altogether. I feel the Fit is in the same boat as the ep3, both very unique and underrated!

nothing wrong with being a boy racer in your 30's lol!! yeah you wont see many ep3's around that is for sure...i see the fit everywhere i go..i like the fit too and have no problems with it except for the massive under powered engine...seriously 105bhp for a wagon, wtf...its like an 89 civic wagon and same shape too lol!!

Well seeing as the Fit only has <3,000 miles than the Civic, you won't be losing much in that respect. Do you need to have 4 doors having a family? I imagine it would make things easier for you to get around, although the Si does have considerable space inside. (I once squeezed a huge 6-drawer dresser into the back)

However, if your motive is financial, you would be crazy not to ditch the Fit. The Si will be past the warranty period, but it's a HONDA.

I still think you would be having regrets about the boy-racer image though, seeing as the HFP kit isn't very subtle.

wow... 10K... I paid 15K for my EP3 last summer with 33,000 miles. Way to make a guy feel ripped off. It is very clean and I am still happy with it for the price. Sometimes I think I should have waited or found one cheaper though.
