i have a 95 accord and i ordered a camber kit cause i lowered my car but im going back to my stock springs now so i was wondering if there was any reason i should still put the camber kit on even though my car wont be lowered?
If (however) the camber angle is excessive, then camber kits make sense.
Camber kits make sense when the canber is out of spec, regardless of the reason.

like the above. in short no. if you do however think you might lower and your degree is -2 or more, then it can help. your toe is more important to have a 0 than your camber. alot of us are lowered and don't require a camber kit. just be aware that without alignment correct that you may go thru tires quicker. - camber can actually be good as long as its not extreme.

how can camber be good? and also my car is lowered on H&R coilovers, and the front is raised about half way but the back i have set up to the highest it will go. is this normal?my car sits level, actually the back is just slightly lower than the front. please help
the relation between caster, camber, and toe are all handling related. With negative camber (from lowering a car), you have better cornering. However, like all things, you can over do it and just wear your tires out for no reason. I have just shy of a 2" drop and i didn't bother with a camber kit. the tire wear is fine too.
Have the original springs installed
Have the alignment checked
If it's within specs, congratulate yourself and move on, or
If either the Camber OR Caster are NOT equal on both sides, they must be corrected.
Uneven camber will pull towards the higher value
Uneven caster will pull towards the lower value
Incorrect toe will either
1) Toe-out causes the front end to wander
2) Excessive toe causes tire wear quickly
3) Toe-out causes scuffing around corners
